📝 Thank you for choosing TNB Travel Package(s). By booking a trip through our website, you’re deemed to have agreed to its terms of use. Please read the following terms and procedures to ensure you’ve clearly understood the conditions of your preferred trip. All below mentioned terms and conditions are applicable for bookings made through our websites such as:

1. 💲Pricing:
– Our policy assures you of economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservations online. Prices quoted on our website are charged on a per-person basis unless otherwise mentioned. Prices do not include tips, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, drinks or food, accommodation, room services, and laundry. Published rates may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. 💳 Methods of Payment:
– We accept almost all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment must be made by credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction.

3. 📧 Confirmation of Payment:
– After payment, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by email. This serves as evidence of payment to redeem your tour package. Ensure you’ve provided correct travel requirements at the time of booking.

4. ❌ Cancellation & No Show Policy:
– Cancellation and no-show policies vary for each tour activity/attraction/hotel. Guests must read the specific cancellation policy for each tour. No refunds will be provided for tourist visa fees once payment is made. No refunds for no-shows or unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, or chauffeur-driven services. Rescheduling is not allowed for confirmed tours.

5. 📝 Cancellation Procedures:
– To cancel all or part of your reservation, notify TNB in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and any applicable fees via email, fax, or telephone.

6. 🗺️ Itinerary Amendments:
– Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local/weather conditions and airway schedules. We announce changes before departure. TNB Tours reserves the right to implement minor amendments in the itinerary at any time without reimbursement.

7. 🏨 Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy:
– If preferred hotel accommodation is unavailable, we will provide a suitable alternative. Check-in/check-out policy varies by hotel. TNB Tours is not responsible for early or late check-in/check-out requests due to hotel schedules.

8. ⚠️ Travel Insurance:
– Travel insurance is recommended to cover accidents, illnesses, injuries, loss of personal baggage, trip cancellation, etc.

9. 📄 Travel Documents:
– Guests must carry relevant documents for the tour, including passports or valid ID cards. No refunds for lost or lacking documents. Check entry requirements and visa/health requirements before traveling.

10. 📵 Website Usage Restrictions:
– All content on our website is proprietary to TNB Tours and Travels and should not be exploited for non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.

11. 📦 Delivery & Shipping Policy:
– We will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.

12. ⚖️ Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
– Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising from this website shall be governed by UAE laws.
